The iPod still has the original factory film over the front. So very minimal scratches. The shops ipod itself I don't know much about. Turns on but I'm not sure if it holds a charge or anything like that. I don't have a proper charger for it. I just have the ihome. The ihome turns on and works fine. But because of the unknowns this is being sold as is! Very hard to find these not scratched up. Come with a gel cover. The gel cover shows wear. (See photos for details on condition) Does play music.
