This is a Gonder art pottery pitcher in the color Maroon MCM style. Made by Gonder Ceramic Arts in Zanesville, Ohio between 1941 - 1957, the cascading, zig-zag shape of the handle gives this extraordinary vase a true mid-century look with a timeless appeal. It has a beautiful styled handle is marked on the bottom the makers Mark it measures 6 1/2 inches high. Lawton Gonder, the company's founder, won professional praise for their wide spectrum of glazes that were prominently featured in homes and offices across the country The bottom of the vase is stamped with the signature, “Gonder U.S.A. E-65". The vase is 6” H, 5” W at the bottom and 3.5” D. The vase shops is in pristine condition, free from any chips or cracks. No chips cracks or crazing lol.
