Comes with game, stand, HDMI cord, power cord, and PS4 controller with attachable back buttons. It has been sitting on the garage for some time now with no use. Console is fully functional but loud. It is clear it needs a deep clean to reduce the noise, this console shops has a big dent inside the console by the power button due to a fall but it has no effect on gameplay/performance. The controller however won't charge unless plugged in strictly to the console.
