Exquisite hard to find Couroc resin box with a beautiful depiction of the San Francisco bridge made with inlaid metals. Mid Century Modern in style, made in the 1960s. Could be used for storing virtually anything - from poker chips, cards, utensils, jewelry, etc. This particular box was made for Foremost-McKesson - a pharmaceutical and health tech company - probably given as gifts to executives or employees. These were used to shops store poker chips, cards, and cribbage boards and still look stylish sitting out on a table top or counter. CONDITION: Good condition with tight fitting and secure lid. No odors, no chips, and minimal wear. Some fading to the glossy finish (see photo) - hardly noticeable in regular indoor lighting. There are ways to re-wax the surface to restore the glossy finish, but I will leave that up to you. Aside from a light dusting, any detailed cleaning is left to the discretion of the buyer.
