She has light blue lavender eyes with real blonde eyelashes on her upper lids. She has hand painted feathered eyebrows and bottom eyelashes. She has a little nose and a closed mouth with pale pink lips. Ilona is dressed in her original dress which is made of a cotton print of pink, purple, blue and yellow flowers. The dress has a white peter pan collar at her neck and closes with two snaps in the back. It has puffed sleeves that end with white cuffs right below her elbows.
