The Certificate reads in part: "Manufactured strictly by hand with much care, manual skill, and devotion. The dress was tailored from the very best cloths and trimmed with braids and laces. The hand cast head made out of a special wax (heat resistant up to 80C / 176F) was skillfully painted by hand" She wears a gorgeous red velvet gown with gold colored shops trims. She has gold colored wings Made in West-Germany Excellent condition. May have never been taken out of the box or off the cardboard backing. Very beautiful piece for your Christmas tree.
