This dress is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Bought for my daughter shops to wear for her pageant. Definitely a statement dress! Only worn for a couple hours at most. Rich royal blue - SO pretty! Side zip. Has a little bit of weight to it, absolutely amazing quality. This dress received so, so many compliments. It definitely stole the show! Pictured is both with and without the hoop petticoat underneath. Size 8 GIRLS - about true to size. My daughter wore this last summer at the age of 9. She leans more on the taller/slimmer side, to give you a better idea. $200.
