-Needs Repairs- Late 80's/early 90's secretary dress with crochet bib and flowy bodice portion. Has an IGLWU Union tag. White top, blue skirt and magenta pink belt. Michael Blair brand, tag shows size 11-12. No content tag but does have the care tag. Main issues include a repair needed on side seam of the skirt, small dark stains under the left arm (mostly hidden by the flowy portion), other minor spots on the top and what looks like a grease spot at the end of the belt (could be easily trimmed off or hidden). None of the spots have been treated. Measurements (flat, in inches, all are approximate): Shoulders: 13 Chest: 18 Waist: 12-15 Shoulder to Waist: 16 Overall Length: 46 Sleeve: 24 shops.
