Dress for little girl shops

Product Name: Dress for little girl shops
Size 18 months ..Red Plaid dress with silver threading black jeweled buttons super cute pretty black tulle ..this dress is in beautiful condition shops only defect I found is where I circled it in white in the black inner lining of the dress it looks like it got a bit torn by something which I can't figure how that happened honestly I verily noticed before posting ...there may be tiny fraying on edges of tulle at the ends but that's just normal from the way tulle was cut when dress was made. I have inspected the dress carefully and everything else looks good on it.Also checked zipper on back and it works great!!..Such a pretty dress only used one time great for the holidays especially Christmas! or even Valentine's day!...if you need measurements let me know.
