Im really not sure what this Medium is but the paper feels like a mix between Felt and Linen. It is unusual and the detail is very realistic on deer. There is metallic paint used to hilite rocks and shadowing. It is unsigned. Note: there's a small smudge shown in pic but I was afraid to clean it. This would be a fantastic addition to many design forms.
