The items show some wear from use. There are some sealed bags. The instruction booklet for The Bed is included. It shows some wear and creases. The instruction booklet for The Closet is not included. They were acquired mixed in a box with other FNAF building sets. They were mostly together shops but had to be assembled. They look to be mostly complete. Since they were mixed with other items there is a chance they are incomplete or there may be wrong building pieces included. There are some loose pieces included as well.
