OMG this working Droid is so over the top fun!! Sphero created this working BB-8 Droid. He sits in his charging station and moves his head this way and that. He lights up and vibrates peritoneal add realism. When taken out of the charger he'll roll around the room with ease. Really hilarious to watch. It is now a legacy product and Sphero doesn't support him via warranty as a result. The Star Wars BB-8 app is no shops longer available through the iOS App Store or Google Play. But if you're replacing yours and you've already downloaded it previously, then you can still use it. The Sphero Edu app is available (I include pictures showing the basics) and you can control his movements using that app. He is inductively charged and connects to your device via Bluetooth through the app. His head is attached magnetically. This is NIB! (I played with him a couple hours to verify it works but, as you can see, there are zero scratches, cracks, or any sign of wear n tear. Was $150 new. 15.
