The still vibrantly colored house is in incredible condition for its age, having only minor paint flaws noted along with two missing window frames. The colonial style house is believed to be made by Wolverine, but it is unmarked. Measures 16"H x 21.5"L x 12"W Lot also includes 30 pieces of furniture!
