Product Name: Vintage Stained Glass Texas State Sun Catcher with shops Flag and Bluebonnets
The shape of Texas is one of the most recognizable of all 50 states and this lovely stained glass sun catcher serves as a reminder of time spent in the great state. This handmade piece was lovingly created in the 1990s by a Texas artist through the use of the copper foil technique developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany. It measures 8 inches by 8 inches (at widest and tallest points). This was given to me shops as a gift many years ago just before I moved from Texas to Colorado. I lost track of it in the chaos of a cross country move only to find it again recently. It's been inside a drawer, hidden away from color-killing UV rays and deadly run-ins with cement or tile for all these years resulting in a vintage item that looks brand new!.
