Elastic waist (may belt for additional flare, belt not included), ruffles from waist to above knee. Red shell with floral design in hues of lime green, white & black. Fully lined in lime green from waist to knee, white buttons, v-neck with collar. Purchased shops from Neiman Marcus in 2017, Retail Price: $795, worn by my wife for a business cocktail party, and never worn again, still stored in garment bag.
