This clock was made after 1931 when the United Clock company was incorporated. The company changed names in 1951. Everything works on this clock. Keeps time. The man and woman shown on either side of the fireplace adjust in/out. The fireplace flickers and makes crackling fire noise. Beautifully detailed top to bottom including a pink jeweled center shops of the clock face. It is electric and plugs into the wall. The lighted fire uses a standard night light bulb and can be turned off/on. There's a switch to turn off the fire motion. Measurements are 10" tall x 8" wide and 5" deep. I can't find another one like it online in this condition. The glass piece for the face of the dial is missing. All reasonabe offers considered.
