This is a Hawthorne Village set made by Bachmann. Scale is On30 which runs on HO track. Set is shops in excellent condition and runs great. Engine has a good headlight and both coaches light up. Super cool train for the holidays or anytime. Set includes a 2-6-0 colorful steam engine that is very reliable, and coal tender, two gondola cars (each one different), one coach carrying Rudolph's elves and a coach carrying the misfit toys. I had to fix just a couple items with glue that had fallen off. The previous owner had repaired the pin hitch from the tender to the engine and it is in my opinion better than the original. I've worked on several of these On30 Bachmann trains and this is one is great. Only missing piece on this set is the small steam whistle lever on top of the gold steam dome. This was made of brass and I did not have a replacement. I can offer track and controller for an additional $25,if you want, plus some additional shipping cost.
