Xbox shops 360 E system

Product Name: Xbox shops 360 E system
This is an Xbox 360 E system with the blinking red light issue. I managed to get the screen to come up and it says that it has a code E 73 error. I believe this error code has to do with the either network port. I cleaned the system and replaced shops the thermal paste twice, but the red light is still blinking. Things that work on the system are as follows. The disk drive tray opens and closes. I did not get to see if it reads games. The fan works. The power brick works. The controller is a after market controller and it works. Condition of games is as follows. The Halo game is in good condition. Halo 2 is in good condition, but the steel book case is rusty. Oblivion, Gears of War, and Prey all have there collectibles and art work. Oblivion and Gears of War have there bonus disks, but are missing the game disks. I am not sure if the 250 gb hard drive works, but it looks like it is in good shape.
