I had Halloween in mind for the house but it is versatile . About 1:12 scale size. This only includes the actual frame of the house. Not the figures furniture/accessories. I sell those separately. They are sold out but I can make more by request. I take request as well shops if it's not something you like by request then I can just post to resale.
