This is NWOT. I will say that the sleeves are tight (from my perspective and other reviews) else wise I believe that the size chart is accurate. The waist band is elastic. The brooch has a back pin to it, which is how it is attached to the costume. Rolecos Medium Measurements: Bust: 38.5” Waist: 28 - 30.5”.
