Product code: Shops Vintage Fisher MT-125 Studio Standard Direct Drive Turntable Record Player
You are viewing a listing for an original Fisher Studio Standard MT-125 direct drive turntable. This record player was my daily listener for about 5 years and I've kept up with it, cleaning and changing the stylus regularly. The current stylus could use a changing but it otherwise works fine when it was last plugged in the other day. I just don't really need it anymore, I've upgraded to a DJ style but really enjoyed it while I owned it. For the shops most part though this was my stepping stone to get to a better turntable but it's by no means a bad turntable, great intermediate collector grade turntable. This thing was made in Japan in 1983 and has direct drive. Very solid piece. It's a semi automatic turntable, you have to still place the needle on the record but it has auto return so when the record is done it stops the record from playing. Has a tonearm raise/lower lever, pitch adjust, plays 45s, plus a reject button. Uses RCA connector cables which come from the record player.
