Battery health is not at 100% and does require battery service to make the charge last longer and through Apple that will cost $50. There is a small crack near the home button shops and a scratch on the back that looks like a black speck. Other than that it works fine and comes with used cases. Some of the cases are worn and have scratches and cracks so if you don't want them just let me know. Willing to accept offers.
