This is used, tested, cleaned out it's not used in pets I live in pet free home just used in the kitchen & In living room rarely used it both charges just can't find the other and one has a crack it's in the pictures I was cleaning it off and I drop the tip then it crack both are cleaned out and ready to ship but shops still locks in place & keep in place you be getting both 2 vacuum 1 charger and wall mount just can't find it one is discoloration because it came from the kitchen mounted to the wall just add more pictures it's cleaned out did my best to clean it out.
