So this came to me, and is a professional series analog preamplifier, it is a legendary sought after preamp thats very difficult to find. However, the power cord was cut when I received it, so haven't had a chance to test if it works, or not but inspecting the inside of it and all the caps look great, no break down on leads I don't see anything to make me think it won't. But have to sell as is. I'm offering for 210 at the moment but I'm going to solder a new cord into it as soon as I get time in which case it will go to 310.
