Vintage Large Sterling Cross Pendant, with Large Bail, Signed 3" LONG (with the bail) x 2" WIDE , 2.75" without the bail. WEIGHT: 12.31 GRAMS shops MARKED: MEXICO TD-25, Authentic Sterling Silver, It has been tested. Era: 1979 Pre-Loved, excellent condition. Note: The silver marking system in Mexico was replaced by a new letter/number marking system to indicate the silversmith and the guaranteed sterling standard. The first letter indicates location; those most commonly seen are T, M, G and C. The T is for Taxco; others are M for Mexico City, G for Guadalajara, etc. The second letter indicates the first initial of the last name of the silversmith, The number indicates where on the list the silversmith is listed in his/her city's assay office. TD-25 represents that the silver piece was made in Taxco by a silversmith with the last name that begins with the letter D, and he/she is listed in the City's assay office as the 25th silversmith with the last name beginning with the letter.
