Performance in relation to output power, modulation, and receive are very similar to previous versions. It also means that the radio can accept the same modifications as previous models. The Cobra 29 is most often modified with swing mods and those types of modifications such as the capacitor/resistor modification will work on this new model. In original box with all accessories. It was returned to us new back in 2010 not working. Please note the photo where the buyer drilled three holes in the bottom case and may have shorted out a diode or something else. Would be a great collectors piece with a new bottom case and a repair.
