Absolutely beautiful pin , lovely hand painted victorian portrait pin with gold gilding. I took this to the local jewelry antique dealer they told me it was gold filled. It has beautiful vibrant color. It is in good condition minimal shops wear considering the age. I could not find any markings on it , the style reminds me of Limoges jewelry ,but I do not know the maker. I believe it may be French but not positive. It Measures approximately 3/4 inch.
