I can confirm it's authenticity as I was at the d23 in 2017 and traded for this pin on the shops day they were released at the event. This is Felicia the cat from the movie The Great Mouse Detective. She has an old and tired expression and is a fluffy, overweight, fat gray and white long-haired cat. Her eyes are squinted and she has a blue bow in her hair. The pin has an oval gold frame with embossed cat footprints and balls of yarn surrounding it. Inside the frame is a dark blue background. Part of a 16 pin series from Mickey's of Glendale store, released at the D23 Expo 2017.
