Ballad is a beautifully detailed pattern made by Community beginning in 1953. The silverplated flatware is a mid-century pattern flourished with roses. This set with partial service for 8, comes in a dark-colored wood case that is lined in two shades of ribbed pink satin. The label at the back of the case reads, "Community." Each piece stamped "Community, Ballad." The serving pieces are in a lower drawer.
