Used and sold as is and has normal wear. Box has some wear and tear from where it was stored. Item will need some dusting/cleaning. 1. No light or cord 2. Some of the garland came loose in the front and was reglued back to the boat. 3. Life preserver on the side of the boat has some wear 4.
