It says sz 14 but it is not. There's no way it's that big. It barely zipped up on the mannequin! I'm guessing maybe a size 6? Pit to pit is 16, hips across is about 16". Mermaid style on hips. Dress is stretchy, but not that stretchy. Dry clean only. I had my teenage daughter try this on, she's tiny! This is shops definitely a size 4-6 on the hips/waist. Bust can fit a larger bust as the straps give. Straps could be taken in for a smaller chest as well. Dress is so beautiful on!.
