Vintage Federal Style Gold Eagle Bullseye Convex Mirror This is a vintage gold convex mirror with a carved eagle. The eagle is carved from wood, not molded gesso. The mirror has a bit of age to it, i would guess this is from the 1940s, perhaps earlier. Normally the eagle is molded gesso but this one is carved from wood. The mirror is ready to hang. The frame measures 22 1/2" wide and 30 1/2" high Actual visible size of the mirror 17 shops 1/4" round Condition: The mirror has some age to it but is still in excellent condition with only hairline stress cracks in the paint in a few spots. There are no chips, cracks or repairs. The cardboard piece on the back of the mirror has been replaced. 8 pounds 250.00.
