This is a complete copy of Fatal Frame 1 for the Xbox. It comes complete with case, disc, manual, and Tecmo registration card. The case has signs of shelf wear and an old sticker at the top, as well as a store sticker covering the barcode on the back. It appears like there may be some sun bleaching on the spine as it doesn't appear as green as I would shops expect. The manual is like new and is very crisp with almost no signs of wear and tear. The disc is in very good condition with only minor surface scratches and works perfectly. The Tecmo registration card is also near mint and placed behind the manual.
