Beautiful Antique Art Nouveau Hand Painted decorative Handled Bowl with Scalloped Designs in Teal blue   Decorated with a  bouquet of Iris  and gold accents Measurement: approx. 10.5" wide X shops 2.75" h   RS Prussia  unmarked with a ring on the bottom see pictures( c. 1890-1917)    Condition; no cracks,no nicks or chips, decoration seems to be intact except for a little crazing which is normal wear for an item this old  as shown--> see picturest.
