Comes with 3 inserts the stabilizer, the maintainer, the relaxer, & 3 cushion shops inserts to wear on top the support if you choose. They fit sz 5.5 to approx 8.5. work on flip-flops held by little velcro circles that are removable included. the system works on tennis shoes slippers work boots high heels.etc they also come with instructions on how to use each support they also work on flat-footed to hirer arched feet.
