The package is unopened, although the plastic has separated from the cardboard and tape was applied to one side to keep it closed. See pics provided. The plastic has been squished in a bag with other Beanies for many years, so it is a little battered, but is new and unopened. The new factory packaging may have shelf wear scratches etc. please look at the photos provided as they are the best possible description.
