Unit lights up in keys up just know watts. All tubes are over 100% on two different tube testers, (3) 6LF6's and 6LB6 Driver. Nice and clean amp 10 meter, meter works also. It looks like a relay problem. It has been recapped in vital areas, old relay has a burned-out field coil and someone put in a 12 volt coil and it does energize, but is different than what's in there and it's just won't work like that. Also included is the old relay that shops they replaced it with, Pictured on top of the unit.
