I bought this from a store thinking it was brand new. Upon opening it, I think it may have been a display model as there are a few areas that have slight damage. The roof has paint scratches near the hole and there are a couple very small chips on the right side of the building. Please review photographs. The light cord was tested and it works. Sign is shops also included. Box has small tears at top corners . See photos.
