100% Leather Fringe Halter top There are no shops tags other than a Made In USA and a 60 or 09 stamp on the inside so not entirely sure if a date but would say 90's. Measurements in the pictures. Please check measurements prior to purchase. This top is raw cut and uneven at the bottom. Tie around the neck and tie around the back. Some faint marks by the arms (could be leather conditioned out) and some thicker wrinkles here and there.
