Her husband Walter took credit and marketed the hell out of her kitchsy work. This is in good condition considering age. The frame is strong. Paper is still secure on back with label. Plz see photos The signature is bright. There is age and staining to the mat and something like brown sticky spots are on the inside of the glass/not touching the print that I can tell. It's not moisture. I decided to not open the framing to clean it. I think you would want to do any cleaning or restoration- even replace with a new mat shops. Measures 11"x17 framed". I have not opened or cleaned this lovely estate find.
