I had been using this for about a month, but a friend bought me an espresso machine as shops a gift. It will come to you sanitized and clean, in the original box, with customer service information. I once had a keurig break- customer service immediately shipped me a new one, for free! They are excellent. I descaled this machine and have included photos showing that it does turn on & brew. No issues. I believe any k cups can work with this. I always use cameron's or great value.
