This is a Tressemanes and Vogt Limoges Biscuit Jar that has some very lovely, raised painting on the larger flowers. The biscuit jar measures 5.50 inches tall or 7 5/8 inches to the top of shops the handle. It is 5.50 inches across. Weight is one pound, thirteen ounces. The jar is done in peach with green and gold trim at the top of the jar and a gold handle on the lid. The lid has some damage as shown in picture 7. The damage is in one 1.00 inch section. The jar has a Limoges Tressemanes & Vogt Mark plus what I think is a signature or initials, but I do not know whose. The jar looks hand painted and I have included a couple pictures of the flowers with the raised details. There is no other damage, and this will be very carefully packaged. It is quite thin and delicate, and it will be shipped insured. Item: 10229 Location # S3/2.
