No holes or rips. The bag is leather and measures 15"L shops × 10"W × 14"H. Buckle flap closure on the front of the bag with a couple of zip closure pockets. A side pocket on each end with zip closures. Collapsible zip closure bottom for wet items. The hook and loop hold the handles together. Comes with a removable shoulder strap. Metal hardware. The 2003 PlainsCapital Fort Worth Bowl was won by Boise State over TCU by a score of 34-31. It was  the inaugural game for this bowl game. PlainsCapital was the sponsor from 2003-2005 and is now known as the Lockheed Martin Armed Services Bowl.
