Was originally Sprint but then I switched it to straight talk with no issue, also has compatibility with t mobile. I'm not sure what qualifies it as unlocked but it might be as I had no issue switching it over. Cracks on the back are just visual, to my knowledge there is little to no texture. No functionality issues. Camera is great. shops Decent phone, for parts or personal use. Will come fully charged.
