This very rare antique find is marked "Jacob Adamo, Staten Island N.Y., 100 Per Cent Pure, Stapleton, Deposit 25 cents" on one side. The opposite side shops is marked " I. Friedman, 816 N. 5th St. Philadelphia, Registered". The bottom is marked "Made in Germany". The bottle itself is clear glass with a very thick bottom and no visible seam. Still has the glass straw inside. The metal seltzer dispenser is embossed with "Friedman Phila.". Sizing: Stands about 11" tall. Bottle is about 3.5" in diameter. The base looks to be almost an inch thick. Probably holds about 26 fl oz like other seltzer bottles of this size. Condition: As shown in the photographs. The bottle has some internal soiling. Graphics are faded. The metal has patina. No claims as to the functionality - sold as a collector's piece only.
