I bought it for $140 new from ulta Barely shops used Like new Comes with manual & papers it came with in the original box, which all also look new still. No scratches on any part of the barrel I am including a finger heat protector! This is definitely a pro curling iron that delivers professional salon curls that last. I just didn't use it enough as I am trying to not put heat on my hair now. But it all works as it should. *One little part of the cord has a heat mark from the hot barrel having touched it for a second at one point but it's not noticeable since the cord is all back and the mark is so small and superficial.
