Vintage Original 1904 / 07? Victorian Portrait Beautiful Woman in Hat WATERCOLOR - signed Amazing estate shops find! This sassy miss captured me immediately when I saw it. This is an original watercolor which is signed with the painters initials and dated 04 or 07?. Framed and matted it measures approximately 28” x 20.5”. This frame is old and damaged but I don't think it's original. There is some damage in the mats and to the paper on the back. I have not attempted to open it or remove the backing so I can not tell you what the condition is underneath. It's absolutely breathtaking with this young woman in her huge hat with big roses.
