This has many compartments inside and a zipper on the back If you want to use it as a longer crossbody, you would use the extended strap (pictured) Otherwise with shops just the single strap it can be worn as a shoulder strap or a shorter crossbody (depending on your frame) Beautiful bag and she doesn't make this style anymore!
